Since 2018
Forty loaves and a scooter
We started in a rented Indiranagar kitchen with one sourdough starter and a second-hand deck oven, delivering bread before the office rush. We still bake every morning: breads fermented for 18 hours, real cultured butter, Indian single-origin chocolate, and every ingredient and allergen on the label.

Slow dough
Time is our main ingredient
Our doughs rest overnight in the cold before they are shaped and baked. Slow fermentation builds flavour, gives a crisper crust and makes bread easier to digest. It means our day starts at 4 am, and it's worth it.
